1. What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee where you will have 60 days from the date your order arrives at your address to examine your items. If you are not happy with the item, please send us an email at support@seat4dog.com and we will get back to you on how to return your order for a refund. 2. What happens if I receive my item(s) damaged?

If your item(s) happens to arrive damaged or incomplete, you can return it within 60 days of its arrival for a full refund. Please send us an email at support@seat4dog.com and we will get back to you on how to return your order for a full refund.

3. How can I cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us at support@seat4dog.com as soon as possible. We process orders in 1-3 business days and your product will then be transferred to an third-party shipping company or courier for delivery. We can still cancel your order if it has not been transferred to shipping. Rest assured, you still have the option to return the product within 60 days after it has arrived. 4. Do you ship outside of USA and Canada?

We currently do not ship outside of USA and Canada. We look forward to expanding our delivery outside of North America in the near future. 

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times will depend on where your product is shipped from. 

a. If your product is shipped from our US warehouse (shown on the product page as "Ships from United States"), the estimated delivery is 4-12 business days. 
b. If your product is shipped from our China warehouse (shown on the product page as "Ships from China"), the estimated delivery is 16-26 business days. 
c. In either of the above, shipment to major metropolitan and urban areas would likely arrive at the lower estimated days or earlier.

6. How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show. 

7. How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders will be typically processed the same day and shipped the next day after the processing day. If your order is received on a weekend or statutory holiday, it will be processed & shipped on the next business day. 

8. I ordered 2 or more items but only receive one. Where is the rest of my order?

When you order multiple items, it is possible that they may be shipped separately. Some items will arrive sooner than others. Rest assured that all your items will be delivered to you. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us at support@seat4dog.com and we will get back to you with the status of your delivery.

9. I placed one order but I received multiple tracking numbers. Why?

If you place an order with more than 1 item, it is possible that your items could be coming from different warehouses. In such case, you will receive your order in multiple deliveries.

10. Are there any additional taxes and customs duties on my order?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 11. Will be I be charged for Items Returned to Sender?

If item(s) is returned to sender for the following reasons or any other reasons that were due to recipient's fault, we will refund customers the cost of the item(s) only (total price less shipping cost).

1. Customers failed to pick up the item(s) at the post office;
2. There was attempted delivery; and
3. Item(s) being held until payment of custom fees and the customers did not pick up at the post office.

12. What about LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES?

Seat4dog is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact us at seat4dog.com, and we will do our best to provide you with all pertinent information for your investigation (e.g. tracking number and history, date of delivery, shipper/courier information, etc.)

13. I need my items faster. Do you offer expedited shipping?

In order to provide all our customers the best possible pricing for our products, all our products are listed with normal standard delivery. If you wish to receive your item faster, we do offer expedited shipping (e.g. via DHL, UPS, Fedex). Please contact us at support@seat4dog.com before you place your order and we will advice what your expedited shipping options & costs are. We will then create the order for you with the shipping option chosen, and email you an invoice to pay and submit the order.

14. I am having trouble placing an order on your website. Can you place the order for me?

We would be happy to take your order manually if you prefer. Please send us an email with the information below, and we will send you an invoice which you can then make a secure and safe payment online with your credit card or PayPal to complete your order. For your security, please do not include your credit card number in your email. Upon receipt of your payment confirmation, we will ship your order.

For a manual order, please provide the following details in your email:

Your Telephone (Optional)
Delivery Name and Address

 After your order is created, you will receive an invoice by email which will provide you with a secure payment page where you can safely enter you credit card number or PayPal payment.

15. Is my online payment safe and secure?

Our store is powered by Shopify. All payments for your orders are processed by the Shopify payment platform. It is a secure and safe payment system. The credit card information you enter on the payment screen is securely encrypted and will only be transmitted to Shopify. We will not be able to see and we do not store any of your credit card information.
