*** Covid-19 Impact - January 1, 2024 Update ***

Logistics and transportation disruptions due to Covid-19 at China ports of shipment and USA ports of arrival have now returned to normal. At this time, based on our most recent deliveries from China, the estimated delivery time is 15-25 calendar days from the date the order is shipped from China.

Different shipping methods are available based on the products purchased and the delivery location. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Please note: Some products may only offer one option for shipping. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the applicable shipping method will appear in the Order Summary.

Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Canada, China or another country. Delivery times will depend on from where your product is shipped. 

a. If your product is shipped from our US warehouse (shown on the product page as "Ships from United States"), the estimated delivery is 4-12 business days.

b. If your product is shipped from our China warehouse (shown on the product page as "Ships from China"), the estimated delivery is 16-26 business days.

c. In either of the above, shipment to major metropolitan and urban areas would likely arrive at the lower estimated days or earlier.

Tracking your order: 

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
